About Me:
I’m a Computer Science graduate student at NC State University with experience in backend systems, full-stack development, and machine learning engineering.
Previously, I worked at Microchip Technology and Pronisi, where I built scalable backend services, optimized APIs, and developed CI/CD and cloud-based DevOps pipelines. My work spans real-time systems, ML-powered applications, and distributed backend architectures.
Currently, I work as a Machine Learning Research Assistant at NC State, developing NLP pipelines using transformer models (MPNet), semantic search, and statistical calibration techniques to analyze large-scale curriculum datasets.
Outside of engineering, I serve as Secretary of Maitri at NC State, helping organize community events and initiatives for graduate students.

Currently working on - Spoiler-Safe Movie Q&A Extension
As someone who often watches movies and series in parts, I realized how easy it is to accidentally encounter spoilers when searching for explanations or details about a scene.
To solve this problem, I am building a browser extension that lets viewers ask questions about a movie or video without getting future plot spoilers. The system analyzes video transcripts and timestamps so that answers only reference events that have already occurred in the playback timeline.
The current prototype focuses on YouTube integration, where I am implementing transcript retrieval using a dedicated API rather than screen or DOM scraping to make the system more reliable. The long-term goal is to extend this extension to Netflix and other streaming platforms, enabling spoiler-safe viewing across multiple watch services.
This project explores NLP, retrieval-augmented reasoning, and timeline-aware content understanding for video platforms. If you are interested in this space or would like to collaborate, feel free to reach out.
